Three In One Hat

DD#2 has been wearing a toque that really did not look good on her. She wore it because it is warm.

I decided to make her a hat that would look good on her. It was also made in her school colours.

The pattern is here at Canadian Living. DD absolutely loves the hat. I did line it with fleece like lining to make it a little warmer.

Now she has a hat and scarf that are school colours.

The title of this post is SOOO TRUE!!

I absolutely love this clutch from the One Skein book. The only problem is that I HAVE to give it up. It is for DD#1's birthday and her birthday is TODAY!!

Toronto Maple Leafs (or what we do for our Kids!! - Part 2)

Here We Go Again!!

DD#1 has a friend CL who is a huge (and I mean HUGE) Toronto Maple Leafs fan. His birthday is coming up November 18th. She saw a Toronto Maple Leafs pillow in the Avon catalogue & thought well Mum would be able to make one like that.

OK kid, I just made Bonta Kun bag so whats a Maple Leaf pillow.

DD gave the Maple Leaf Pillow to her friend CL on last night (Saturday)
He absolutely loved it. He said "It will go well in my bedroom with my Maple Leaf blanket"

Bonta Kun Finished

The Bonta Kun bag is finished, and with plenty of time to spare. BW's birthday is not till November 28, 2006 so all I have to do is keep it hidden till then.

DD#1 & MH (another of DD's friends) who knows BW both say "she is going to flip" I am not sure what "flip" means but I would like to be there to see it!!
